Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of MimuVault services (collectively, the “Services”), including the website mimuvault.xyz, Discord bots (VaultBot, ApeCoin Live, BTC Live, ETH Live, SOL Live, MIMU Live), any future Mimu NFT collections, utilities, AI tools, and related features. The Services are provided by tacomeater / MimuVault (“we,” “us,” or “MimuVault”).
By using any of the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
1. Services Overview
MimuVault provides community tools for Web3 and NFT enthusiasts, including price alerts, holder verification, vault access, live crypto data, and future NFT project utilities. All Services are provided “AS IS” and subject to change.
2. Eligibility & User Responsibilities
You must be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction. You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your Discord account and any connected wallets. Never share private keys or seed phrases.
3. Prohibited Conduct
You may not use the Services to: engage in scams, phishing, market manipulation, or any illegal activity; attempt to exploit bots or blockchain interactions; spam, harass, or impersonate others; reverse-engineer or abuse the Services.
4. Web3 & NFT Specific Provisions
• Wallet connections and NFT verifications are user-initiated and read-only where possible.
• MimuVault does not custody, store, or control your digital assets.
• All blockchain transactions carry inherent risks (gas fees, slippage, smart-contract vulnerabilities, etc.). You assume full responsibility for any losses.
• Future Mimu NFT releases and utilities will be governed by separate collection-specific terms, which are incorporated by reference.
5. Intellectual Property
All MimuVault logos, bot names, and content are owned by MimuVault. You may not use them without express permission except for personal, non-commercial community use.
6. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to any Service at any time, with or without notice, for any reason.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability
The Services are provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” without warranties of any kind. MimuVault shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of NFTs, tokens, or funds. In no event shall our total liability exceed $100 USD.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in California.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

None of the Services constitute financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. Crypto, NFTs, and blockchain assets are highly volatile and involve substantial risk of loss. Past performance is not indicative of future results. MimuVault does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any price alerts, data feeds, or NFT information.
You are solely responsible for your own investment decisions, wallet security, and all risks associated with Web3 technologies. MimuVault and tacomeater shall not be liable for any losses, damages, or missed opportunities. By using any MimuVault Service you acknowledge and accept these risks.
